OVERVIEW

The Academy Phase at Xtra Soccer Academy represents the pinnacle of player development. This phase is designed for athletes who are committed to advancing their game through high-level technical training, tactical understanding, and physical development. Players focus on applying skills in realistic game scenarios, making quick decisions under pressure, and competing at the highest levels. The Academy Phase prepares players for future opportunities in collegiate and professional soccer, helping them reach their full potential on and off the field.

KEy Focus

Advanced Technical Development: Perfecting ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting with precision and creativity.

Tactical and Physical Training: Improving game intelligence through complex tactical drills while enhancing endurance, strength, and agility.

Game-Related Practices: Simulating real-game situations to apply skills and tactics effectively under pressure.

Competitive Games & Travel Tournaments: Challenging players against top-tier opponents to raise performance levels.

Decision-Making: Developing the ability to make quick, effective decisions on and off the ball.

The Academy Phase refines technical and tactical abilities, strengthens game understanding, and fosters well-rounded athletes ready to take on elite-level competition.

Gold Team Program

(Training, Development, Pricing)

Training: Two practices per week during Fall, Winter & Spring.

League: NYSL Fall & Spring + optional Winter League.

Tournaments: 2–3 each Fall & Spring, with Winter options.

Team Fees Include: Tournament costs, uniforms, and additional indoor training/Futsal (one indoor session per week Nov 1–Mar 1).
